About us
The German Association for negative Emissions (DVNE) is the largest national association for active CO₂ removal in the EU. As a synchronising platform, we are actively building up the German CDR industry. We bring companies together, bring relevant players to the table and create knowledge. Our goal: to strengthen climate protection, create jobs and secure added value.
Your tasks
You will be responsible for our events and for all important administrative tasks that arise in our small team on a daily basis:
- You will organsise our existing event formats (summer party, parliamentary breakfasts, networking events, lecture series, team offsites, webinars) from A to Z, i.e. from conception, marketing and implementation to follow-up.
- You will develop new formats with us, both in person and online.
- In addition, you will take on administrative tasks such as booking invoices, registering for events and coordinating appointments.

- Extensive experience in event management and excellent organisational skills
- The ambition to organise first-class events
- Creativity and an eye for detail, even in stressful situations
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- An enthusiasm for the start-up vibe and for further developing our association
- A service-oriented mindset
What we offer
- Modern working: Hybrid remote culture with flexible working hours
- Salary: € 50,000 + 15 % bonus (depending on suitability and experience)
- Location: For the advertised position, a location in or around Berlin is preferred. This is also where our office is located. Here you will regularly meet the team that is spread across Germany.
